Tasting Notes

Tasting from 17.03.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, almost impenetrable ruby red. Strong pepper and blood on the nose, with animalistic tones, reminiscent of ivy and beet on the finish. Herbaceous on the palate, tannic, with some juiciness, rough, savoury and impetuous on the finish.
