Tasting Notes
Clear, medium dense ruby with a firm core. Very finely marked, appealing nose with lots of ripe cherries, savoury cloves and some white pepper. Pithy and dense on the palate, shows grippy, hearty tannin, then ripe fruit with beautiful texture, still seems very young and needs time.
