Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Oxidative impact, raisin, mosto cotto, emaciated palate, but still quite salty, still remnants of earlier rappiness, low acidity. 2nd bottle: Rosehip jam, metallic, somewhat oxidative, emphatically creamy on the palate, still noticeable tannin pressure, low acidity, salty notes, little fruit on the finish, slightly emaciated. Second bottle better and rated.
