Grafschafter gold juice, malt, iron, clearly tertiary, but also still with a hint of former greenness, very ripe in the fruit, supple on the palate, slightly viscous and ripe-melted, almost smooth, subtle acidity, with a distinct peppery note in the finish, but also a homogeneously mild finish. Attractive for lovers of strongly matured wines.
