Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Intense ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Delicate smoky aromas, herbal-spicy nuances, dried plums, a touch of bouillon and a hint nougat. Complex, powerful and tightly meshed, sweet and very concentrated, mineral, with a touch of chocolate on the finish. Calls for gastronomic accompaniment from the grill.
