The red wine Vitrum Blend, vintage 2012 from the winery Viña Chocalan has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Malbec from the region Maipo Valley in Chile.
Menthol and dark berries. Mealy tannin drive, defensive juiciness, strong alcohol, substantial to chew, but at the same time mellow, rather discreet acidity, rich fruit in a youthful state, still slightly drying, comparatively compact structure, good length.
