Subtle yellow stone fruit nuances, hints of apple and honeydew melon, pomegranate, fine citrus zest, grapefruit notes and a mineral touch. Tightly meshed on the palate with the yellow stone fruit once again, fine acidity, shows complexity and length, well balanced with a touch of ripe pineapple on the finish. A substantial food companion.
