Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Fine noble wood savouriness, sweet cherry fruit, hints of ripe plums, candied tangerine zest, a touch of cloves. Juicy, elegant, fine nougat, black cherries, well-integrated wood, ripe tannins, mineral, a powerful food companion, certain ageing potential.
