Medium yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of delicate yellow tropical fruit, hints of almonds and marzipan, pineapple, and fine acacia blossom honey. The juicy palate is complex and elegant with saline nuances, fine white tropical fruit, and a touch of lemon on the finish. A versatile, well-balanced food wine, that still needs time to mature.
