Dark ruby red, very rich. The nose displays notes of red beet, rum-steeped fruit, violets, plus spicy animal tones, malty finish. The palate is vivid, bold, shows a lot of tannins, plus considerable acidity, but becomes increasingly harsh towards the finish.
