Pale golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of delicate meadow herbs, some mango, fresh yellow apple, underpinned with a little blossom honey. The medium-bodied palate is juicy and elegant, with fine acidity, mineral and lemony, with a lingering saline finish.
