The grapes for this wine from Jonas Ettlin come from Thurgau. Intense cassis fruit, ripe tropical fruit nuances and herbal notes. Round on the palate with beautiful, ripe acidity. Pleasantly gluggable grip, certain saltiness on the finish. Nice length.
