Jonas Ettlin has only been pressing grapes from Lake Zurich since the 2022 vintage; this Chardonnay was grown in Stein am Rhein and is only available in magnums. It shows a typical, but fine aroma with citrus notes, bread crust and nuances of almond blossom. Fine and delicate. Beautifully smooth on the palate with rather restrained acidity. Finishes long.
