The red wine Barolo Riserva Essenze DOCG, vintage 2010 from the winery Vite Colte has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Dark shining ruby red with a bright rim. A slightly balsamic nose with dark berry fruit and mild leather, nuances of mushrooms and undergrowth. Opens on the palate with elegant texture and great density, balanced between tannin, acidity and concentrated ripe fruit, pithy finish.
