Clear straw yellow with olive green reflections and a persistent, coarse-grained mousse. Pomaceous fruit, basil and wet stone on the nose, with yeasty nuances in the finish. Energetic on the palate, with crisp acidity, airy mousse and a clear fruit core, then unfortunately flattens out, medium length.
