Intensely citrusy, subtle herbal notes (lemon balm), with hints of stone fruit and some vanilla. Medium-bodied and full-bodied on the palate. Shows a certain mellowness as well as spice nuances. Ripe, concise acidity, medium-long, spicy finish.
