Tasting from 26.11.2021: Peter Moser

Bright golden yellow. Distinct, multi-layered bouquet of ripe yellow fruit, mango, guava paired with fine nougat nuances and yeast undertones, some vanilla and kumquat. Elegant, chalky and at the same time creamy on the palate, harmonious acidity, silky pearl dress. Delicate mineral echo with long palate persistence. Dignified with further certain ageing potential.

Bright golden yellow. Pronounced multilayered bouquet of ripe yellow fruit, mango, guave paired with fine nougat nuances and yeast notes in the background, some vanilla and kumquat. Elegant, chalky yet, at the same time, creamy in the mouth, harmonious acidity, silky pearlescent mousse. Delicate mineral finish with noticeable persistence. Dignified maturity already with further certain ageing potential.
