Tasting from 26.11.2021: Peter Moser

Rich, radiant straw yellow. Ripe, intense nose of fresh nougat, Virginia tobacco, caramel and orange marmalade underpinned by fine cookie. Surprising freshness on the palate, with an extremely fine mousse, powerfully structured, tightly meshed, characterful acidity with an iodine-mineral backbone. Tense finish of candied salted lemon with extremely long persistence. Rich in finesse, youthful with age.
