Tasting from 15.09.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Notes of confit and dried wild berries and black cherry on the nose. Hints of coconut, liquorice, some roast jus, graphite and caramel. Fresh acidity and warm berry fruit on the palate, as well as balsamic savoury notes. Fine tannin, long finish.
