Tasting from 05.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fruity, savoury bouquet with notes of dried raspberry and all kinds of wild berries. There are also savoury notes of allspice and a hint of liquorice. Quite powerful on the palate, with ripe acidity and a beautiful texture. Fine-grained tannins and aromas of dark wild berries and sour cherry. Long finish.
