A light golden yellow in colour. On the nose very subtle roasted notes from barrel ageing mingle with intense berryish fruit, blueberries and pears, with a hint of honey. The palate opens with smoothness and suppleness, followed by a well-proportioned texture, accompanied by fruit and a lively acidity. The finish is clean and fresh and makes you want to take another sip. A modern, well thought-out interpretation of the variety and an allusion to the old Ruländer type, but still fresh and juicy!
