Tasting from 07.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A fine spiciness flows from the glass: rosewood, freshly grated nutmeg, lychee and bread crust. The palate starts with a noticeable sweetness, flows juicy and round, accompanied by a lively acidity that harmonises well with the fruit. An elegant feinherber type with good length.
