A comparatively closed nose, with slight yeasty notes, hints of orange zest and clove. Powerful on the palate, with good varietal typicity, very good tension and differentiation, the body and acidity are closely interwoven and the finish emphasises notes of candied fruit rather than savoury nuances. Fierce, but well balanced!
