It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Golden yellow in colour, ripe and dried apricot, dried fig, savoury, aniseed and saffron. The lively acidity leads through a savoury and mineral defined body on the palate, shows density and substance, hardly recognizable as Sauvignon Blanc, very individual. .
