Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose: peach stone, a hint of petrol, only a little yeast. The palate reveals a flint wine with crisp Riesling acidity, a fine and persistent mousse, a very dry yet not harsh finish and a Riesling-spicy finish. Great tension!
