An aroma for connoisseurs: a hint of tertiary, then clearly iodised, some apple, a fascinating interplay of freshness and ripeness. The palate structure also thrives on contrasts: crisp acidity meets ripe suppleness, a very fine mousse and clearly mineral-spicy components bridge the gap. Great!
