The red wine »CabMerl« trocken, vintage 2011 from the winery Wein- und Sektgut Immengarten Hof has been rated in 2015 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Cubin from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Slight ripeness on the nose, cassis, dark berries with a hint of menthol, but also some fig, and a hint of cooked green bell pepper, plump palate structure, soft and powerful on the attack, then with increasing astringency, full-bodied and alcoholic.
