Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.04.2014

Ripe grape fruit and a yeasty note reminiscent of bouillon. Also a hint of overripeness in the fruit. Juicy palate, taut, lean, clearly carried by carbonic acid. Good freshness, a hint of residual sweetness, but not too commercial, finish with mineral notes. Good structural length.
