Dark ruby with an opaque core and purple reflections, delicately brighter at the ochre rim. Aromas of ripe plum, some nougat, a hint of dried figs, but also blueberry. Juicy palate with good complexity, subtle fruit expression, chocolaty touches and ripe tannins. Mineral and with good persistence, it is a a finely spiced food wine.
