Piwis open up new wine regions, whether on the island of Usedom or here in the Saarlouis district, right on the border with Lorraine. The nose of the "Kunststück" is characterised by white-flower and apple notes on the one hand and a tart herbaceousness on the other. Very supple and smooth on the palate, white peach and flowers meet a little residual sweetness. Not particularly complex, but juicy.
