Red and green bell peppers, green gooseberry, mint, pepper. The mouth reveals an animatingly juicy, concentrated wine with an elegant thread of acidity, dense palate fruit and a trenchant, fresh finish. The sweetness balance is just right - an all-around successful varietal representation.
