Tasting from 08.12.2023: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Open bouquet with notes of fresh and confit wild berries and plums. Also hints of undergrowth and balsamic-spicy nuances. Juicy attack on the palate, beautiful interplay between savouriness and cherry-raspberry fruit. Slightly noticeable tannin, long finish.
