Tasting from 25.11.2011

Pale yellow-green. Finely spiced apple fruit, delicate orange zest, somewhat restrained bouquet. Juicy, shows good complexity, fine yellow apple note, well-integrated acidity structure, remains good, extract-sweet finish, an elegant food companion with some ageing potential.
