Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

A fine caramel note in the first aroma, yellow peach, cantaloupe melon, boskop, pears, cinnamon, herbal spice. On the palate, densely woven in the extract, full-bodied, creamy base, fine acidity, grippy phenolics, juicy fruit, powerful and elegant at the same time, with good length and potential for further years. Lots of wine!
