Tasting Notes
Wormwood herb, pear, wet herb garden on the nose, also restrained yellow fruit, peach and cumin. A delicate, almost fragile and fully fermented Riesling on the palate, delicate acidity and phenolic flavours ensure drinking flow, the mid-palate is somewhat short.
