Tasting Notes
Strong garnet red; penetrating, intense nose, pronounced cassis notes, accompanied by gooseberries and subtle roasted aromas; powerful attack on the palate, rich in extract, robust tannins, lively, well-supporting acidity; long, juicy and still slightly drying on the finish. A powerful but also elegant Pinot Noir from a dry, hot southern vineyard.
