The fragrance shows aromas of nectarine, gooseberry and elderflower as well as slightly medicinal notes. On the palate the wine has a pronounced creaminess, savoury aromas of nettle and pepper. Suppleness, substance and acidity balance each other out, with the eponymous smoky aromas providing length.
