Tasting Notes
Leafy green, green tea, boxwood, tobacco, fresh cut grass, black pepper. On the palate, the wine is grainy and slightly drying, it is kept "cool" and vinified for freshness, but is more on the green side of the Pinot spectrum. The certain ageing potential is definitely intact.
