The aroma is pleasing: yellow peach, almonds and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, the cuvée of Chardonnay and Viogner is harmonious, with the acidity lightening the whole. A lovely accompaniment to a fresh salad with grilled vineyard peaches and pine nuts.
