Notes of fine white fruits, apple, pear, delicate herbal savouriness, mint, also some smoke and vanilla. On the palate with a nice tension, lively acidity, grippy phenolics, fresh texture, again white fruits, subtle notes of nuts, nice substance, good structure and length.
