Tasting Notes
Pale in colour. Intense on the nose with aromas of raw almond, lemon peel, fresh melon and wet stone. On the palate again lots of citrus fruit, sweet white peach, all carried by a very attractive acidity, beautiful, long finish.
More about the tastingPeppery and yeasty on the nose, with a hint of nettle. In the mouth, the wine is a good blend of juiciness and rounded harmony, a pinch of phenolics gives the palate grip, the acidity is firm but well integrated into the powerful but not exuberant structure. Medium length.
