Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. On the nose, subtle notes of lime and white blossom underlaid with vine peach and fresh apple. Taut and tightly woven with subtle fruit expression, lively acidic structure, still somewhat encapsulated on the mineral-salty finish. Will benefit from more maturing.
