Still yeasty on the nose, citric notes, hay, still quite closed overall. Smooth on the palate, seamlessly round and yet without sweetness, with the power of the deep Letten soil, but still without excess alcohol or acidity. A solidly prepared, fundamentally honest Pinot Blanc for gastronomic use (fish, vegetarian dishes). Or for lively conversations with friends.
