The white wine »Zeit Bleckmen« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Abril has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Still youthful on the nose, bourbon vanilla, then ripe apple, mirabelle plum, pineapple and lime zest. Accentuated, very fine fruit on the palate, very well-integrated acidity, delicate phenolics, again some vanilla and cookie. Good finish, lots of certain ageing potential.
