Tasting from 12.10.2017: Peter Moser

Pale greenish yellow, delicate carbonic acid. Delicate caramel-malty nuances of malolactic fermentation on the nose, underlaid with ripe yellow pear fruit, but also mineral-lemon nuances. Juicy, elegant, silky texture, delicate caramel sweetness on the finish, lingers well, fresh aftertaste, animating style.
