Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Some wood, honey notes, flowers, a rather opulent, "sweet" fragrance. Almost Turkish honey. Smooth on the palate, round and full, supported by stable acidity, beautiful initial ripeness, rich and full-bodied in the transition to the finish, which is still rather compact and closed. A powerful but coherent wine.
