Tasting Notes
Light green-yellow in colour. Dark minerality, smoky, damp rock, delicate dried herbs, orange zest. Firm texture, fine yellow fruit, delicate grapefruit, racy acidity, pithy minerality, lingers very well, still seems a little underdeveloped, very good certain ageing potential.
