Tasting Notes
Medium green-yellow in colour. Still somewhat restrained on the nose, with a finely spiced touch, some delicate apricot and blossom honey. Juicy on the palate and pronounced in fruit, underpinned with a racy acidity structure. The core of ripe yellow mango fruit lingers well, feeling elegant and persistent. Certain ageing potential.
