Medium yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of fresh herbal spices, hints of fine yellow tropical fruit and delicate orange zest. A touch savoury with some minerality. The palate is juicy and complex with ripe pineapple fruit, fine fruit expression, elegant and persistent with saline notes, fine blossom honey and apricot on the finish.
