Very fine and distinctive aromas - floral, citrusy, yellow-fruited and with a very fine spiciness. There's a similarly subtle bourbon vanilla note on the palate alongside the ripe and clean fruit, as well as attractive minerality. The well-judged acidity and minerality lead to an attractive finish.
